Calibrated Photon Counting Optics

The Fusion Absolute is the first ultra-precise photon-counting imaging system that delivers effortless absolute quantification through NIST-Traceable Calibration*. By measuring light irradiance in photons/s/pixel and referencing certified standards, it ensures unmatched accuracy, reproducibility, and cross-condition comparability. Unlike relative methods that only report fold-changes between samples (the ratio of signal intensities, e.g. a “2×” difference), absolute quantification provides you with precise, reliable values in absolute units, transforming your workflows with standardized protocols and directly comparable data.
